Research indicates that the hot water extraction method provides the best results for cleaning your carpet and protecting your investment. This system is commonly referred to as “steam cleaning” although no steam is actually generated. This process consists of applying a cleaning agent deep into the carpet pile and removing water with a powerful extractor which recovers the used solution and the soil. This is done from an outside truck-mounted unit with only the hose and wand brought in the home.
